Does ScoopCo Clean the Entire Yard
ScoopCo will clean any areas of your property that have dog wastes issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dogs run ext.
We just ask that this information is given to us to ensure that we can do our best!
What are your operating hours?
We are open from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday . We’re closed on Saturday and Sunday. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates.
Do you provide Dog Waste Removal Services all year round?
Yes! ScoopCo provides dog waste removal services year-round. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services. In locations with snow, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable.
We will skip scooping on some Holidays.
How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at ScoopCo. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.
How do you dispose of the pet waste after each cleanup?
Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. If an outdoor garbage can is available, we will dispose of the bagged-up waste in the client’s garbage can. If there is not a garbage can available, we will take the bags with us and properly dispose of them with Waste Management.
Can you Scoop with my dog in the yard?
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
Do you provide arrival windows for services?
No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.
Can I request a specific clean up day?
At this time we are unable to accept specific clean up days, however, we are working diligently to grow large enough so that we are able to offer this in the future.
